*All entries are submitted online through images and supporting materials, depending on the category you are submitting for. For example, if the category is about jewellery, you need to apply photos of the piece. If your category of interest is business or industry recognition related, you can provide any further details you think relevant for your application. Only the selected finalists will be contacted with next-step instructions if a physical presentation of the jewellery or in-person judging is required.

Prepare Your Entry
Prepare your nomination form (below)
Along with your form, a $150 + HST entry fee per nomination is required.
STEP 3
Capture Your Work
You will need to provide photographs of the product or product line being nominated. Make sure your photos capture the beauty and intricacy of your designs.
STEP 4
Submit Marketing Materials
Samples of advertising campaigns, brochures, etc. marketing the product line should be submitted. This helps us understand the marketing efforts behind your nominated piece.
Final Submission Deadline is April 4th, 2026.

Gather Testimonials
Testimonials from at least two Canadian retailers must be included in your submission. These testimonials should highlight the impact and appeal of your design in the market.
STEP 6
Understand the Rules & Regulations
Ensure your piece complies with the contest rules & regulations. These rules cover everything from design criteria to submission guidelines.

Judging
Entries will be evaluated by a prestigious panel of judges made up of Canadian jewellery retailers, designers, and members of Canadian Jeweller Magazine’s Editorial Board. Judging will take place on April 10th, 2026. The judges’ decision is final.
