Prepare Your Entry

Prepare your nomination form (below)

Along with your form, a $120 + HST entry fee per nomination is required.

STEP 3

Capture Your Work

You will need to provide photographs of the product or product line being nominated. Make sure your photos capture the beauty and intricacy of your designs.

STEP 4

Submit Marketing Materials

Samples of advertising campaigns, brochures, etc. marketing the product line should be submitted. This helps us understand the marketing efforts behind your nominated piece.

Submission Deadline is August 4th, 2025.

STEP 5

Gather Testimonials

Testimonials from at least two Canadian retailers must be included in your submission. These testimonials should highlight the impact and appeal of your design in the market.

STEP 6

Understand the Rules & Regulations

Ensure your piece complies with the contest rules & regulations. These rules cover everything from design criteria to submission guidelines.

STEP 8

Judging

Entries will be evaluated by a prestigious panel of judges made up of Canadian jewellery retailers, designers, and members of Canadian Jeweller Magazine’s Editorial Board. Judging will take place on September 19, 2023. The judges’ decision is final.
